 How does it work?

  - Remote assistance gives the possibility to analyze your problem remotely, so you can do it from home / office etc.... It is a quick and cost effective solution which can solve a lot of current computers problems / issues.
 - For this we use a software which allows secured connection to your computer. However you will always keep the control of the connection and can cut it whenever you want.
  - You just need to launch the remote connection sofware and give us the ID and password diplayed and we connect to your computer. Then you will follow on your dashboard the operation we make.

 - We can call you back on your land line.
 - You launch the remote assistance and we connect to your computer. We then try together to solve your problem.
